Hello! My name is Lindsay and welcome to my blog.

My education is in business and public administration, but while writing donor thank you letters for a local nonprofit I realized that I was constantly day-dreaming about knitting, sewing, cooking, organizing, screen printing. So in early 2009 I quit my job to “dabble in the arts” and find my niche.

Currently I live in the midwest, Kansas City to be exact, with my husband Andreas and our foster-kitty, Gracie.  Someday soon, we will be moving to Norway (Andreas’ home country), land of the Vikings and the midnight sun. Gracie will not be making the move, hence the foster-kitty, but will make her way back home with my mom.

This blog chronicles my daily musings and the trial and errors of my adventures.

Dislikes: chocolate, emptying the dishwasher, being cold, flying, floral candles, cheap pens, unscented laundry detergent, dirty floors
